My original version of this simple clockface is found at FitFace.xyz. I've just made a few updates and additions here.

Features/Settings

- A diminishing seconds arc can be turned on/off

- Seconds tick marks can be turned on/off

- Date can be dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy

- inner gradient colour can be selected for the centre of the watch

- 👆 TAP the health stats to cycle through steps>calories>distance>act minutes

- 👆 TAP the padlock icon 🔒 to lock your selected stat in place (prevents it from changing if you knock the watch)

- 👆 TAP the time (screen center) to swap time and HR - and see HR in big numbers
