Description

This is my first Fitbit application and clock face that I have developed because I missed a simple, but yet functional clock face that I could use without having to wear my glasses.

2022-03-14: Updated version of the clock face.

The clock face has in this updated version four different screens: A digital clock, activity details, reminder and a date summary of the date, year, month and week. In addition to bug fixes and a whole bunch of new settings so you can configure the clock face exactly as you want, there is also now a reminder function that you can use for something you might do several times a day - for example, checking your blood sugar after a certain time (eg two hours after a meal). However, this extra function can be deactivated and hidden if desired, as well as other screens and functions.

All the screens and features can be adapted based on your own needs by removing and adding features (more features may come), and you can also change the background and text color etc.

The second screen shows the heart rate, number of steps taken and the battery level with larger text and is activated by tapping the screen once and an additional taping is introducing the new reminder function.

If you tap again, the fourth screen is displayed, which shows larger text of the date, day of the week, current month, year and week number.

Tap once more to return to the home screen. This clock face is thus aimed for the elderly and those with visual impairment.

The clock face has been developed and tested in a simulator environment for all Fitbit models, and have also been used and tested on my own Versa 3 and a relatives Versa 2.

Functionality supported in the clock face, in addition to time and date:

Heart rate (heart rate rating needs to be approved):

- Heart rate below 100 is displayed with a red animated and open heart (can be turned off).

- Heart rate between 100 and 120 are displayed with a yellow animated and filled heart.

- Heart rate over 120 are displayed with a red animated and filled heart.

Number of steps (authorization for activity needs to be approved):

- The number of completed steps that have not reached a quarter of the set goal is displayed with orange feets.

- The number of completed steps that are over a quarter, but which have not reached the half set goal is displayed with yellow feets.

- The number of completed steps that are above the half set goal, but which have not been fully reached is displayed with blue feets.

- The number of completed steps that exceed the set goal is displayed with green feets.

Battery:

- Battery level of at least 70% is displayed by a green fully charged battery.

- Battery level between 20% and 70% is displayed by an orange half full battery.

- Battery level below 20% is displayed by a red almost empty battery.
