With built-in Tile finding technology, it’s easy to keep track of your Fitbit device.

What is Tile?

We all lose things from time to time; Tile helps make sure we can find them. Tile uses a bluetooth connection with your tracker to help you find it. If you’ve misplaced your tracker, simply open the tile app on your compatible device and select “find now”. If in bluetooth range, your tracker will vibrate and Tile’s helpful app will let you know as you get closer to its location. Left your tracker at the gym? Tile’s network will help you identify it’s last known location.

To enable the feature:

1. Check that your Fitbit device is running the latest Fitbit FW version. Complete an update if needed.

2. Check that Tile is installed on your Fitbit device.

3. Download the free Tile app to your compatible smartphone from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then follow the setup instructions to activate.

If you’ve completed Tile setup for your Fitbit device, then uninstalling this app won’t delete your Tile account nor clear user data.

You must go to the Tile app on your phone to delete your Tile account or clear user data on the tracker.
