The HRM text and line can be set to various colours.
DISCLAIMER: The line is only an EKG simulation - it simplistically represents your heart/pulse rate. Do not rely on it for medical purposes. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO MIMIC YOUR ACTUAL HEART RATE.
The number IS however real-time.
