"The Time Value" simulates an analog clock that presents the time in numeric slots and also provides a full weather report.
The three bottom numbers are the minimum, current, and maximum temperature of the day. The top figure shows the current UV index. The gauges represent percentages (0 to 100 from left to right). The bottom dial indicates the chance of precipitation the top one displays the air humidity.
