Description

Track your blood oxygen saturation with the SpO2 app. You’ll need the latest version of the Fitbit OS for your tracker to install the app. After you install the app on your tracker, you can check your nighttime average SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation). Follow these steps a few hours after waking up:

1. On your tracker, swipe up on the screen to go through your daily stats.

2. Look for a number from 80 to 100 labeled with SpO2%. This is the average nighttime SpO2 value from your most recent sleep session.

By selecting this app, you authorize Fitbit to use your heart rate, sleep, SpO2, and other data to show you metrics like your blood oxygen saturation levels. You can always uninstall the application, or delete your health metrics data or your account at any time.
