This app includes countdowns of CO2 and O2 tables that help you to increase your maximum breath holding time. It further provides and overview of your heart rate during your training and saves a basic history of your performance.
The whole sourcecode is available on github
so you can download it and adjust tables and styles if you like.
You use the app and the tables on your own risk! Please be careful when using the tables as holding your breath too long might restrict your reactions and can lead to fainting. Only use the tables/app when someone else is around and you are in a save environment. Listen to your body and stop when you feel weird.
