How to use
1.Switch your exercise category with upper right button
2.Push lower right button to start your exercise
3.Switch main measurement items with left button
4.Pause your exercise with lower right button and press upper right button when you finish your work
- You can select the most of exercise categories with upper right button.
- You can filter non favorite categories in the setting screen.
- You can change distance unit (Km or Miles) in the setting screen.
- The following step details are available
Current steps, steps/1 minute, today's total steps, rest of today's goal and estimated time of goal
- The following measurement items are available on main display
Steps, distance, heart rate, calories and floor elevation
