You may think yet another breathing and relaxation technique application so why choosing this one ?
"Breath" was developed by a regular user of several breathing methods (cardiac coherency, 4-7-8...).
My goal is to propose you an easy-to-use application, focused on breathing and relaxation, nothing else.
With its different settings, it is possible to easily define the type of breathing you want to practice (cardiac coherence, 4-7-8 or any other that suits you).
Bonus: you have access to heart session statistics: rate, average, minimum, maximum, Start and end.
The session is also saved in your fitbit activity log as a yoga session.
