A 9 week plan to running a 5k featuring three runs to complete each week to designed to ease new runners into the hobby and help improve fitness. The app will walk you through the runs, vibrating to let you know to run or walk so that you don't need to wear headphones.

Planned features:

- Timers to show you how long you have left to run/walk.

- Save your progress so you can see the runs tick off as you complete them.

This is a fan remake of the app produced by the NHS in partnership with the BBC (available as a podcast also). I claim no ownership of the logo, run plan content, name, or anything else - I just like running without headphones!
