Tap the the centre of the watch screen, on the top half to cycle the color and on the bottom half to toggle between the time, heart rate and activity stats.
The bars below each activity stat fills from left to right to indicate the progress towards your daily goal.
To change your 12/24 hour digital clock preference or km/mi distance preference please login to your Fitbit Profile Settings: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
