💦 When you're ready to wash your hands, tap "start washing hands" and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or more.

💓 Your watch will buzz to let you know when 20 seconds has elapsed.

5️⃣ If you do not wash your hands after an hour, you will receive a reminder buzz every 5 minutes.

🔔 Tap the bell button to turn vibrating alerts on and off.

😴 You can turn off alerts when going to sleep, and turn them on again when you wake up.
