Description
The ConnectedCare clock face is developed to track a patient’s general health and wellness. It also sends timely reminders to take prescribed medication, stay hydrated and exercise regularly.
The clock face is part of an integrated solution which includes a mobile app and a web dashboard for healthcare professionals to tap into a more holistic overview of the patient's condition and recovery process over a period of time.
The data is synced to the Fitbit app, so it can be easily accessed on all mobile devices.
