The 4 middle panels show,

- Hours/Minutes

- Day of the week/date/seconds

The bottom left panel shows,

- heart rate

- calories / steps / distance OR via TAP floors / active minutes

Bottom right are progress arcs for each health statistic.

Six preset colour configurations to choose from, or make your own. All text and panel colours are configurable via settings.
