The first screen of his clockface shows the levels of your physical, emotional and intellectual biorhythm stage. For each widget goes that a full arch represents the top level, half an arch is the average (or sometimes called "critical") level and an empty arch suggest you to stay in bed if all of the widgets are.

By tapping the screen you will be presented a graphical presentation of your biorhythm for the next 30 days. Plan your runs accordingly. Tapping screen again brings back the time screen.

All clockface colors are configurable.

After installing the clockface, set your birth date in the settings screen of the app on your phone.
