This clockface will monitor your heartrate, if no HR is detected, the watch will monitor for motion. If no motion is detected, my server will then call or text the numbers in your profile, waiting 1 minute to progress to the next number. If you are OK, then click the link on the text to cancel the alert. If not, then people down the line will get notifications about your status.

after installing this clock face, go to the settings for this clock face on the fitbit mobile app. log in and enter your fitbit credentials if needed.

then go to my website and create a profile there. go to the device control panel and log in there with your fitbit credentials.

Take the watch off if you want to test. after about 10 seconds it will start trying to gather GPS information and connect to your phone which will then connect to my server. Click the link in the text to cancel the alert and prevent it from notifying anyone else.

The watch will not be monitoring you or sending alerts when connected to charger. There is also an extra 20-30 seconds after charger is disconnected where the watch will not send alerts. After that time period the watch will say "Monitor Active" and it is working.
