This clock shows you how you're doing every hour. It logs every activity (steps, calories, distance, active minutes, elevation gain / floors, max heart rate) for the past 12 hours, so you get a nice overview of your progress during the day.

It has two modes: daily & hourly. 'Hourly' shows you what I described previously, 'daily' shows you your progress towards your goals. You can switch between these modes by tapping on the right side of your screen.

Tapping on the left side of your screen toggles your stats.

To guide you trough all this I've also included a quick tutorial.
