👉 Tap the screen to toggle your stats between heart rate, steps, calories, distance, floors, active zone minutes and battery level. Customise the stats to your wishes in the settings of this clock.

👉 A long press on the screen (or quickly tap it 4 times after each other on the newer devices with the latest firmware) can trigger any webhook that you can configure in the settings. For example, you can fire an IFTTT hook to shut down all your Philips Hue or LIFX lights by a long press on this clock.
