I have changed/moved the TAP to settings, so the time position won't accidentally move if you touch the screen.

The small arrow on the right of the screen just points to the time.

NOTE: This ONLY works with Google calendar - make sure you have the Fitbit app configured to use google calendar in your notification settings (iCal by Apple is not supported and will give unexpected results) - calendar access permission is requested when installing. If you have everything correctly setup, calendar appointments will appear on your watch automatically.
