1. Open the Fitbit App on your Phone

2. Press Clock Faces

3. Press the 3 DOTS in the RIGHT CORNER to access settings

4. Press Settings

5. Use drop down 'Division Selection' to choose your conference

6. Use drop down ' Team Selection' to choose your team

If having trouble changing teams, please Sync Fitbit first.
