説明

The app facilitates self-monitoring of heart rate and stress level. It was inspired by the experiences of people with Long Covid and ME/CFS, and is based on information from websites such as www.altea-network.com, HRM Master Page, and workwellfoundation.org. The app includes tables with heart rate zones, colors, and statistics. The aim of the app is to assist users in determining their individual acceptable stress level and manage their energy accordingly.

Version 2, new features (available only for Versa 3 and Sense):

- Displays weekly statistics when the watch is removed.

Version 1, App features:

- The app tracks the heart rate (pulse) throughout the day.

- Each minute of your day is assigned to a zone based on the current heart rate.

- Each zone has its own color, so you can see at any time which zone you are in.

- The bar graph shows the distribution of heart rate ranges throughout the day, based on average measurements per minute that are divided into the respective zones. The size of the bars represents the ratio of the number of minutes in each zone, starting at midnight.

- In addition, the app displays your heart rate as a graph over the last 4 hours.

- Based on your settings, haptic feedback (vibration) can be provided when a zone is reached.

- The basis for the zone calculation is the maximum pulse, which is calculated as 220 minus your age. The zones are then derived as a percentage of this maximum pulse:
