Compete against yourself and get more motivated. Achieve better stats and get fitter... is that not everyone's goal? That's why the name Fitbit right?

You compete with the best day of your primary goal last week or if you did not get to your goal any day within the last week against your goal.

By default, the day competition will start at 8:00 am and finish at 10:00 pm. You can change this by going to the settings.

The top line is the shadow you, and the bottom one is you on the current day. The shadow count for the primary goal is also shown by the right of your stats.

In settings, you can decide if you want to compete against your best day out of the last 6 days or the day before.

There are some different theme colors too!
