Tap to cycle through stats that are on the bottom middle so that you can display the stat you need at the moment for your fitness!
Right above the stats is your progress bar to see where you are for your daily goals!
Cycle through:
1. minutes active
2.steps
3. miles traveled
4. calories burned
Set clock to 12 or 24 hour in settings.
Top right is your battery percentage.
Top center is the day of the week followed by the date.
Top left is your heart rate with the time of day directly below it.
