Start with a basic watch giving you the time and date. From there choose your stats and the color for ANY of the components.

This watch face also integrates with my popular MED ID app (install separately) which will:

- Monitor and alert you if your heart rate moves out of a range which you set.

- Automatically launches MED ID if you don’t respond to a out of range prompt.
