Settings give the option to:

* select the activities to show progress for

* enable toggling between a grayish and colorful look on the watch itself or stick to either grayish or colorful

* set the language to Dutch, Spanish or Italian, default is English

* choose to display the battery percentage

* choose to display your resting heart rate next to your current heartrate.

* choose to fill the circles upon reaching the goal

Ticking the date on the watch toggles showing the week number.
