1. Open the Fitbit App on your Phone

2. Press Clock Faces

3. Press the 3 DOTS in the RIGHT CORNER to access settings

4. Press Settings

5. Use drop down 'Conference Selection' to choose your conference

6. Use drop down ' Team Selection' to choose your team

Note, if your team selection does not change, please Sync your Fitbit first and close and reopen the Fitbit phone App.
