Track your three most recent weight-lifting workouts in this handy tracker!
Add multiple exercises with multiple sets to each workout to easily track your progress from workout to workout. Each new set you add automatically remembers the last weight you lifted and number of repetitions you performed.
As you add new workouts, only your most recent three workouts will be stored.
