If you touch the heart rate, it will swap with resting heart rate.

If you touch steps it will swap with distance, or touch calories to swap to floors.

For the health buttons, progress toward you goal is displayed on the outer edge of the button. A star will appear when you reach your goal.

You can also swap between 4 background wallpaper styles, and paint them a colour to you liking.

A battery bar is displayed below the date. The battery bar, and seconds, can be turned on/off.
