My Weight helps you monitor the trend of your weight over the last seven days in the form of a line graph, on your Fitbit device. The BMI, weight goal and body fat are also displayed, as long as they are in your Fitbit profile. You can also log a new weight directly on the watch!

In order to accomplish this, Fitbit requires you to log into your Fitbit profile and allow access to the weight records in order for them to be displayed. Also, Fitbit will only allow access for one day at a time before needing to re-login; but there may be times when it will update by itself or perhaps a reload or a force close and restart of the mobile app.
