Tap stats and heart-rate to cycle through, ot to turn off. Select the default stats To display, heart-rate on or off and if/when battery appears. (Via settings in the fitbit app that syncs with your watch)

You can also customize your personal brand-name and change colors for all elements, including the background.

The app requires permission to access your heart-rate monitor and internet (required to provide a purchase code, and to validate your license).
