Updated for the sense/versa3

Just the time (very big), the date at 90 degrees, and your heart rate. Time format is determined by your user profile setting (12h/24h).

On some days of the year it will show it's 'name' and a tiny icon instead of the date eg New Years Eve, Merry Christmas...

All other info, such as health metrics, and batt status can be accessed by a tap on the screen. Tap again to remove it.

A few colour combinations can also be selected via settings.
