The horizontal bar grows as you burn calories during the day and the darker section indicates how many are necessary to reach your basal calorie expenditure. To complete the bar, you must reach your calories goal.
The numbers in the center of the display from left to right are:
- the minimum amount of calories spent in a day for the last 14 days
- the maximum amount of calories spent in a day for the last 14 days
- the number of calories burned today.
The graph shows the number of calories burned in the last 14 days that are beyond your basal metabolic rate.
