Tap the clock dial (top right) to cycle the colour theme.
Tap the three gauges to show: Steps > Calories > Active Minutes > Floors Climbed (not Versa Lite) > Distance > Battery.
Tap the centre to switch between Heart Rate and Date.
Set your daily activity goals in the Fitbit app: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1955#SetGoals
