Create your own series of exercises and take your training to the next level!
Strength training, running, swimming, boxing and anything else you can think of.
You have the option of manually scrolling the individual repetitions or you can choose the automatic countdown of time for one repetition with the possibility of a pause.
You will also find a brief history of completed series in the application.
The user enters new series in the comfort of the Fitbit mobile application within the Series application settings.
