***INSTRUCTIONS***

To set the tides:

1. Set the color of the background, digital time and tide line. If the colors do not change, please first SYNC the watch.

2. Next, set the hours and minutes of the last high tide today

3. Enter the average time between high tides - default is 12 hrs 25 min.
