The SleepTank® clockface is only available to users who have created an account in our mobile SleepTank® app, available from the Apple App Store or Google App Store.
Directions: To pair the clockface with your SleepTank® account:
Open the SleepTank® clockface from the fitbit gallery on your mobile device
- Click “Customize”
- Click “SleepTank Account secret key”
- Enter the “Smartwatch Pairing Code” value displayed on the Profile page within the SleepTank App)
- Click “SAVE”.

The clockface provides three warnings when your SleepTank® is getting low:
Bedtime: The time you should get to sleep
Critical: A low SleepTank® level indicates your mental effectiveness is significantly reduced compared to your fully rested state.
Empty: The SleepTank® level of zero indicates dangerous impairment equivalent to being awake for 24-hours and missing an entire night of sleep.
The SleepTank® clockface is ideal for workers who need to be alert on the job and can plan their sleep and naps accordingly. If your SleepTank® clockface indicates that you will be impaired when you need to be alert, such on the job or driving, then you can use the SleepTank® app to plan a nap to restore your level of alertness to be safe or go to bed early to replenish your SleepTank®.
