Additionally, see a weekly summary which will tell you how much weight you've gained or lost. Nutrition data comes from Fitbit, so track your food there, or use a connected app (like MyFitnessPal).
Ensure you have a diet goal configured in Fitbit. Macro goals can be accessed in the settings for Calsmart Wrist. From the Fitbit app on your phone, go to profile -> your device -> clock faces -> Calsmart Wrist -> settings.
