Have you wanted reliable stress tracking on the Fitbit - so that you can see how calm, or stressed, you are - IN REAL TIME? This clockface app allows you to do this. Using Maaind's real-time technology and heart rate readings from the Fitbit, we give you a clockface that gives you the feature your Fitbit should have had from the start! It augments Fitbit's native functionality by adding accurate stress predictions from the heartrates. For best effect, this Fitbit Sidekick is used alongside with Maaind's Aurora assistant app.
The Calm score at the top left ranges from 0 to 100. There is a 'bad' range, where the Calm score will be shown in red, neutral in yellow and a good/healthy score in green. When the score is stale (typically because connectivity to the servers is lost) it will be shown in grey.
For the Calm tracking to work properly, you need to register/login first. You can do this by clicking on the clockface (once installed), then going to Settings, and then logging in.
In addition to the Calm score, the clockface shows you your current step count goal %, your current heart rate, as well as your weekly activity goal % and your resting heart rate. Note that the weekly activity and resting heart rate are shown only after there is sufficient data to show them.
By continuing, you are agreeing to Maaind's EULA and Privacy Policy, which are linked to on the login page, which you will find in the Settings part of this Clockface. Please read these carefully as they contain important information regarding the usage of your data and the terms of use of this app.
Enjoy - and please let us know how we can improve this Fitbit app for you by writing to martin@maaind.com.
