Tap the top right or bottom left of your watch screen to cycle through active minutes, calories, distance, elevation gain (floors) and steps.
Tap the centre to toggle between activity statistic and daily goal percentage.
To change your 12/24 hour digital clock preference or km/mi distance preference please login to your Fitbit Profile Settings page: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
