On Track makes it easy to tell whether you’re on track to meet your daily activity goals.
On Track is smarter than most apps:
◾ It takes the time of day into account to work out if you're on track.
◾ It knows you'll only be active between certain times of the day.
◾ It takes your Basal Metabolic Rate into account, so it knows you burn calories even when not exercising.
◾ It can show how much more (or less) than your average rate you need to do for the rest of the day.
◾ It can display levels of achievement that exceed your goal.
◾ It can optionally display energy in the correct metric SI units: kilojoules (kJ).
To change the gauge type, touch the top of the screen. Gauges types include goal, on-track target, and required rate.
To change the activity type, touch the centre of the screen.
To change the statistics, touch the bottom of the screen.
