This app helps you work through to being able to do 100 pushups in a row!

What to expect:
This app will walk you through an initial assessment of how many pushups you can currently do in a row. Then based on that information will set a workout schedule for you to complete 3 times a week to push you to your goal of doing 100 pushups!
If a week is too hard don't worry! You can reset the maximum pushups you can do or go back to an earlier workout in the app settings on the device.
