The Kegel Mastery lite is an app that assists men and women when doing Kegel exercises to strengthen the PC muscles. The app guides you through different exercises that work your pelvic floor muscles with visual and haptic feedback.
You progress starts with the easiest exercise, the basic PC flex and continues through other exercises as you increase your level. At the moment there are 6 exercises and more will be added soon to address different levels of progress.
You can do the exercises while you sit upright in a chair with your back straight or lie down on a bed or the floor. Each exercise consists of 3 sets, each set is followed by a minute of rest and should be done two to three times a week for at least one week before you continue to the next level.
