Ramp It Up graphs your progress towards your daily activity targets. It can also graph your heart rate throughout the day (with grey bands indicating heart rate zones).
To cycle between calories, steps, distance, active minutes, altitude (if available) and heart rate, touch the icon in the centre of the screen.
To zoom in or out, touch the top centre or bottom centre of the screen.
To scroll to the left or right by one screen, touch the upper left or right corner of the screen.
To scroll to the left or right by one major tick, touch the centre left or right side of the screen.
To scroll to the left or right by one minor tick, touch the lower left or right corner of the screen.
Ramp It Up is unable to obtain data when you switch to another app. When you switch back, the graph will show dark bars where data was unavailable. A dark bar may also be displayed near the current time, to indicate that data hasn’t been received for the whole of the period covered by the bar.
