Biofeedback to increase your resting metabolic rate. Boost helps you use small movements while sitting still to burn more calories.

Use Boost when you're not exercising. Your watch will set a target heart rate and vibrate whenever your heart rate falls below the target. Activities like fidgeting, moving your legs, or using a standing desk can help you keep your heart rate up and burn more energy.

You can use the + and - buttons at the bottom of the app to adjust the target heart rate.
